Is Willow & Blair a luxury tour company?

We curate elevated tours and deliver impeccable quality, but we stay conscious of keeping costs reasonable. You can generally expect to stay in a minimum of 4 star accommodations, but value in star ratings varies greatly depending on the country. Our priority is always authentic cultural immersion, and lodging selections will reflect this. Please refer to the Tours page for more information on your specific tour.

How big are the tour groups?

We keep our tours limited to 14 travellers in order to foster an intimate experience.

Is there an age limit?

Travellers must be a minimum of 18 years old if traveling independently. There is no maximum age limit for we wholeheartedly believe one is never too old for an adventure.

Should I sign up solo or with a friend?

Some women prefer to book alone and make new friends while having more opportunity for self-reflection. Other women prefer to book with a friend to save 20% off their tour price by sharing a room. Whether you book a trip solo or with a friend, you will be welcomed into a warm and supportive group of like-minded women.

Are flights included?

You are responsible for booking your own flight itinerary. In an effort to accommodate travellers from all around the world, your tour begins when you land at your destination. You will always be greeted at the airport and provided hotel transfers to meet the rest of your group.

Do I get my own hotel room?

You certainly do! While there will be plenty of opportunity for building connections with other beautiful woman, we believe that inside your hotel room shouldn’t be one of them. You are on holiday to be your true self in the comfort of your private haven, not to fight over the bathroom or subject another to your quirky sleeping habits. We provide every woman with her own hotel room included in the tour price to encourage peaceful self-reflection. However, if you and a friend choose to book at the same time in a shared room, you will both receive 20% off of the tour price.

What language are your tours conducted in?

All our tours are conducted in English, which we have found to be the most universal language for travel.

Are meals included?

Whether it’s pasta and Chianti overlooking a vineyard in Tuscany or a mezze platter by the Dead Sea in Jordan, food is such an integral part of our travel experience. We take care to select only the best in authentic restaurants for every destination, but we also leave you opportunities to discover your own special dining options. Each trip will vary on the number of meals included, please check your particular itinerary for more information.

I have dietary restrictions, can my tour accommodate?

Yes. We will do our best to select restaurants that can accommodate your restrictions and give you alternative options for dining when necessary.

I have a disability, can my tour accommodate?

Yes. You might not be able to participate in some of the activities, but there are no limitations that could hold you back from self-reflection and building connections with the group. If necessary, we will schedule alternative activities for you, or you can elect to take the day for yourself. Some tours will be better suited for persons with a disability than others, please email travel@willowandblair.com to chat with a consultant on choosing the best tour for you.

Is there downtime on the trips?

Our tours are the perfect blend of adventure and self reflection. We allocate plenty of cherished moments for down time and relaxation.

How should I prepare for my trip?

Besides spending hours daydreaming about it, you mean? Really though, aside from a valid passport and trip insurance, we’ve got you covered. Upon booking, you will receive an email with detailed packing and travel tips as well as any other viable information on your particular destination. Passports should have an expiration date that is valid at least 6 months from the date of travel.

What are the payment conditions?

10% Deposit required at the time of booking.

45% Deposit required 30 days after the booking has been made.

Final payment required 60 days after the booking has been made.

If the booking falls between 0-60 days prior to departure; full payment is required.

Do I need a visa?

Whether or not you need a visa will depend on your passport origin and your destination of travel. Please check your specific tour details for visa information. If needed, you can obtain one yourself by following the instructions outlined by the travel bureau of your destination. We are happy to recommend the services of a trusted visa specialist upon request.

Do I need travel insurance?

In order to ensure a smooth and safe trip, travel insurance is compulsory upon booking. You cannot travel on our tours without it.

What is the cancellation policy if I need to cancel my trip?

We totally understand that unexpected circumstances may change your travel plans. That’s why your non-refundable deposit has no expiration date and can be transferred to any future tour at any time.

You may cancel your booking at any point leading up to the tour with written consent from the person who confirmed the booking. The fees associated with cancellation are outlined below. Please note, cancellation will be recorded as the date we receive the written notification.

Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned. Please ensure that your insurance policy covers the total cost of your holiday for cancellation purposes.

What if Willow & Blair cancels my tour?

In the unfortunate event that Willow & Blair would have to cancel or reschedule your tour, you will be promptly reimbursed in full and your deposit will be returned. We will make every effort possible to safeguard against unexpected cancellation.
